Alamere Falls

The other day my girlfriend and I drove out to Bolinas and rode our bikes to Alamere Falls at Wildcat Beach. It is one of two "tidefalls" in California (the other being the McWay Falls in Big Sur). Northern California is a truly beautiful and humbling place, and I am so lucky that I live and have grown up here. There are not many places in the world where you can ride your bike to a waterfall on the beach and the whole ride there being almost as beautiful, traveling along the coast and through the hills and wildflowers.
