EPIC Indoor Skatepark
Last night Mitch, Dustin, and I headed out to Sacramento for the first time to Epic Skatepark for a 4 hour bike only session. We didn't really know what to expect, but the park was epic needless to say. Especially the bowl, which we rode for a good 2 hours straight and could have ridden it for another 5 hours straight. I unfortunately flatted a couple hours in, but it allowed me to take a break from riding to snap some shots. Here is what we came out with, enjoy!

Ben Cruz
A few weeks ago Ben Cruz, Kai and I headed out to the hills to film a little edit and take some photos. I held off posting because I didn't know if they were going to be a Cannondale add, but apparently the water bottle ruined the shots, bummer. For those of you who don't know Ben is a professional mountain biker who races against the top athletes around the world and he kills it. Here are my favorites from the shoot, enjoy!

Secret Spot
Yesterday Trevor, Reese, Chris, Kai and I went to this secret spillway with some pretty sick cement banks. This place has been untouched by bikers so it was cool to add the first tire marks. I only took a few pictures, but we will be back for more...enjoy!

Chico Skies
One of the really cool things about Chico is its skies and sunsets. They are always so vivid with such cool cloud formations, and today when we were driving back home, I couldn't help but take out my camera to capture it. As a photographer, I have taken many and seen many sunset shots and I know they are overdone, but every once and a while I cant help myself...enjoy!

Butte Meadows
Yesterday Kyle, Scott, and I headed out to Butte Meadows to do some filming with Kyle's new Canfield "The One" bike. I only took a few snaps, but check out the edit filmed by me and edited by Kyle. Kyle Warner Ripping Local Trails In Chico

This bike is legit. It can be set up full DH like Kyle's, or switch to a 6.5 inch AM bike just by changing the shock bolt and slapping a smaller fork on. |

Leaves
When I first started photography, I experimented a lot with water and came out with some pretty interesting results. My current photography assignment is real vs. ideal, which is pretty broad (as are all of the assignments which I really like). I decided to re-visit the old photo with new backgrounds. At this time of year in Chico, the streets and the air are full of leaves falling from trees, so what better background to use than my surroundings? Below is the first one I took back in the day with colored pencils in the background! Enjoy...

Making the Rounds
I have always heard of these jumps, but never gotten to them somehow. Who would have known that San Francisco had dirt jumps? Not even in a super secret spot, there were spectators trickling in and out throughout the time we were there. The locals who were building were super chill and the jumps were unique and built on a hillside with berms and many different lines. We then headed to Alameda to catch the sunset and ended in Berkeley since it has lights. All in all, a super chill day making the rounds, enjoy..
